Carolyn Thraves travelled to Pembrokeshire to take part on the Coastal Path Marathon. A tough one to start her marathon career, Carolyn had to work hard on the rolling landscape but had the bonus of taking in the glorious scenery of the Welsh coast. Carolyn was 79th overall in 05:03:57

At the Sharpness Fun run former DRC runner Darren Brown led the way, finishing the 5.76 mile course first overall with Graham Tudor 3rd overall in 44:35, boding well for his next 10K run. Rach Goatman-Thomas cooled down after the London Marathon by running the Sam Virgo Meningitis run coming in 3rd overall and first from DRC.

At the Cattle County 5 and 10K races, Dursley emerged with two winners Mike Crompton was first overall in the 10k event with Phil Jones 1st MV60 at the shorter distance.
