Speed sessions

We are looking to restart our ‘Running slightly faster than normal’ (AKA speed) sessions at the Rugby Club, Thursday 6.50 for 7PM start, First session planned 1 May. NB as grass sessions are weather dependent. Will include warm up, strengthening exercises, work on form as well as speed. Idea is to give those summer road runners a helping hand in advance of Berkley 10K, Lloyds Fitness Run, Sandhurst 5K etc etc ... If you are interested please let Dave D know.
